Standard 1 on 1 coaching involves 3 months of 3 weekly sessions a month usually by Zoom, so you can be anywhere in the world and still benefit.
We begin by taking inventory of your life and then make a plan to focus on one area at a time.
You will have weekly homework, and you must be committed to your own growth.
A coach can give you feedback and suggestions, but unless you are willing to be open, brave and honest with yourself, nothing will change.
If you feel like you are ready, then this might be the best program for you.
You get undivided attention, calm, honest and non-judgmental feedback and someone to hold you accountable to your thoughts and actions.
